  1. Keep your software up to date
  2. Protect yourself against viruses with anti-virus software
  3. Set up a firewall
  4. Implementing a regular backup procedure.
  5. Set rules about internet usage

  8. Make sure that software critical to your business operations is fully secure around the clock.
