MailTidy is fast to set up
It takes just three steps and 24 hours to get your email archive up and running. All you have to do is upload your .pst files and we take care of the rest. Within 24 hours you will have your own secure, easily searchable email archive.

MailTidy is easy to use
MailTidy makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for and do what your need to once you find it. You can:
- Search thought all your emails or just through individual .pst files.
- Search within a specified date range.
- Filter your search results by month, day, who they are to, or who they are from.
- View individual emails, print, and open attachments.
- Restore emails back to your inbox.
MailTidy also has a similar look and feel to Outlook to make is easy to find your way around.
MailTidy is secure
All MailTidy accounts are password protected and professional accounts will use 128bit encryption (the same level that banks use) to upload and store your data. We have partnered with Amazon, America’s largest online retailer, so all your data will be stored in Amazon data centres. These are the same data centres used to run amazon.com.
The MailTidy service is scheduled for release next month, so stay tuned to this blog for more information.

Does the archived email separate jobs and sensitive management items when being accessed?
I would be interested in finding out more about this new software.

Hi Andrew,
In answer to your question MailTidy will keep the file structure you have in place. So if you have the emails concerning particular jobs sorted into separate folders, then within MailTidy emails will be sorted into the same folders.
Within the Corporate Edition of MailTidy you are able to hide individual .pst files or individual folders from certain users if you choose to.
