We have done something similiar but different. We had a young-ish Sales and Marketing guy for two good years but his replacement is even better. The new guy is in his early 60's, years and years of technical experience and really knows his people-stuff. His ability to mentor younger staff is awesome. Thanks also for the LANcom blog entries.
